Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

GoutBye is a product of ITWS EOOD ("we", "us", "our"), an EU company (EU VAT BG175271116) with its registered office at blvd "Hristo Smirnenski" 18, Sofia 1164, Bulgaria. GoutBye is a registered EU trademark (No. 018762967). You can reach us anytime at [email protected]. We collect as little personal data as possible and handle it transparently.

2. What we collect

When you join the waitlist: your name, email, an optional role you select, and whether you opt in to update emails. Automatically: cookieless, aggregate analytics (self-hosted Umami) that do not identify you and set no cookies; technical anti-spam data from Cloudflare Turnstile; and standard server and security logs, which may include your IP address.

3. Why we process it, and our legal basis

To manage the waitlist and send early-access and product updates — on the basis of your consent. To keep the site secure, prevent spam, and understand in aggregate how the site is used — on the basis of our legitimate interests. To meet legal obligations where they apply. We do not use your data for third-party advertising and do not build a profile of you.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use only cookieless, aggregate analytics (self-hosted Umami), which set no cookies and do not identify you. Because we set no advertising or tracking cookies, we do not show a cookie-consent banner.

5. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (content delivery, security, and the Turnstile anti-spam check), and our self-hosted, EU-based analytics (Umami) and waitlist automation (ActivePieces). Waitlist and update emails are sent from our own EU mail server, triggered by our self-hosted automation. We also disclose data where required by law.

6. International transfers

Most processing takes place within the EU/EEA. Cloudflare may process limited technical data in line with its own privacy policy.

7. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist data only until the waitlist closes (around public launch) or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first — then we delete it. Aggregate analytics contain no identifying data.

8. Your rights (GDPR)

You can access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Bulgaria, the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).

9. Anti-spam (Cloudflare Turnstile)

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam and abuse on the waitlist form. Cloudflare may process technical data for this purpose, as described in its privacy policy.
